The green coast is declared in emergency due to the instability of the cliffs. Therefore, this thesis seeks to stabilize the Costa Verde cliff in the Miraflores district - Malecón section in front of Los Delfines beach (200m) with reinforced soil, to increase stability against a potential landslide. The methodology used corresponds to a descriptive and correlational study. The research is based on the evaluation of the current state of the Costa Verde cliff in the Miraflores district, for this geotechnical studies were compiled to characterize the geotechnical parameters of the materials of the stratigraphic profile of the natural slope, structural fill and laying; Finally, the structural design of the reinforced slope was prepared, considering compliance with the recommendations of the FHWA standard. The verification of the internal and external stability of the reinforced slope was carried out with the use of MACSTARS W4.0 software. This program performs the analysis of slope stability by limit equilibrium applying Bishop's simplified method, in this way the safety factors in static and pseudostatic conditions were obtained, which recommends compliance with the Peruvian Technical Standard CE.020 “Stabilization of Soils and Slopes ” and the Peruvian Technical Standard E.050 “Soils and Foundations”
