This work aims to show the solution that the company Centrix innovation provided to one of its clients, using its own system that was developed to monitor the behavior of any equipment. For the design of this CTR datalogger, the ESP32 microcontroller was used as a master controller to perform the reading functions of 3 PT100 temperature sensors and pressure transmitters which operate with a 4-20mA connection. At the same time, data is saved locally using the SPI protocol through a microSD memory, and data is sent through the Thingspeak platform through Matrhworks, to save different communication channels and can be viewed clearly. remote. For internet communication, a SIM module will be used for the use of mobile data, this will be used using the SIM5320e module, which can connect to 2G, 3G and 4G networks, using ATA commands, preventing the device from depending on Wi-Fi networks. For the manufacturing model which must be anchored to a CAT C280-12 TIER 4 engine, an attachable design will be used, manufactured in 3D printing, using material with high resistance to corrosion, UV rays and impacts such as the ASA material. Finally, this CTR device has been implemented in different industrial sectors and stands out for its versatility, variety of sensors that can be placed and open software.
