The trend toward the use of composite materials in the country is increasing, driven by the introduction of innovative technologies such as electric vehicles that require these components for their construction. The VARTM process, which involves resin infusion for the manufacture of composite materials such as carbon fiber, is the most widely used process in the company in question since 2021. However, during the resin infusion process, the need for hermetic sealing and a constant flow of resin to obtain high quality parts was observed. Currently, this problem generates economic losses due to the need to purchase more vacuum bags and corresponding sealing tapes, because of the frequent failures that occur during the manufacturing process. Therefore, this study proposes the design of a hermetic sealing and resin distribution system using Autodesk Fusion 360, followed by CFD numerical simulation in transient time in Ansys Fluent to obtain results and evaluation of the proposed system. The objective is to develop a design that guarantees hermeticity during the resin infusion process, to dispense with the use of vacuum sealing tape. In addition, the aim is to design a piping system that facilitates the uniform distribution of the resin during the infusion process
