Cracking in retaining walls is common and occurs due to many factors, such as design problems, unskilled labor, low strength concrete, foundation problems and underground humidity. This means that the durability of the concrete is negligible and that over the years it needs to be demolished to build a new wall with better mechanical properties, that meets the standards and is not a danger to the residents. The purpose of this research is to analyze the mechanical and physical properties of concrete designs f'c 210 kg/cm2 with the addition of chicken feather and synthetic fiber (polypropylene), together as well as individually. The percentages of the additions were raised based on papers and research. The chicken feather was added based on the weight of the cement in percentages of 0.1%, 0.15% and 0.2% in lengths of 50mm, likewise the synthetic fiber was added for each m3 of concrete, in this case 3.5kg/m3 was used. 4.5kg/m3 and 5.5kg/m3 in 48mm lengths according to the technical specifications of the MPH FIBER PLUS 48 fiber from the Mypor brand. There are a total of 9 mixture designs with additions, with the different percentages mentioned and a standard design of f'c 210kg/cm3. All these designs were subjected to compression, traction and bending tests in the laboratory. The compression and diametral tensile tests were given at 7, 14 and 28 days in order to observe the growth of the stresses as the specimens had more days of curing, on the other hand, the bending test on beams was given only to 28 days to compare the efforts of the different designs. In relation to the results, it is possible to affirm that the concrete with the addition of chicken feather and synthetic fiber (polypropylene) has improvements in terms of its flexural resistance, all designs surpassed the standard design of f'c 210kg/ cm2. Likewise, improvements in compressive strength were obtained in the designs with the addition of synthetic fiber in quantities of 3.5kg/m3 and 4.5kg/m3. Finally, regarding the tensile tests, it was expected to obtain results greater than the standard design, but all of them turned out to be inferior, the closest being the design with the addition of chicken feather in a percentage of 0.1% with respect to the weight of the cement.
