In today's economy, companies specialized in machinery spare parts play a fundamental role both nationally and internationally. Its primary objective lies in satisfying the demands of the sector promptly and with excellence, given that any delay can directly affect customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Warehouse and inventory management poses significant challenges that can affect the quality of service offered by companies. This is the case of a spare parts company that faces difficulties in improving its level of perfect order fulfillment (83.73%) and standing out in a competitive market. For this reason, the implementation of strategies such as the 5'S methodology, work standardization and jidoka is presented as a solution to optimize internal management and workflow in the warehouse. The application of these tools has resulted in a level of perfect order fulfillment that exceeds 95%, representing a substantial improvement of 13.75% in the technical gap. This achievement reflects the positive impact of the methodology on the overall management of the business and its ability to maintain high quality standards in customer service. However, the importance of maintaining a constant focus on continuous improvement of operational processes and adaptation to market and customer demands is highlighted to ensure the sustainability of these achievements. Finally, to ensure the sustainability of the progress achieved, it is crucial to maintain a continuous commitment to operational improvement and adaptation to changing market needs. Investment in technology and staff training are emerging as key elements to maintain long-term competitiveness and efficiency. This comprehensive approach to optimizing processes and resources positions the company to successfully face future challenges and consolidate its position in the aftermarket.
