This project is about the situation of a telecommunications company that provides internet infrastructure and the service itself, in which problems arise in the delivery of complete orders for the reconnection of the internet service due to various reasons that may interrupt this service. Therefore, the collection of information, analysis, proposal of a solution and evaluation of results was developed using as a KPI the OTorder, this indicator represents the relationship between the the number of complete orders delivered over the total orders, where it was identified that stock shortages had a great impact on the problem. To solve the problem, the use of the following engineering tools was proposed: Demand forecasts with Linear regression and Simple moving average or SMA with seasonal variation, also the use of Safety Stocks, replenishment point or ROP and the EOQ model, to achieve better inventory management, thereby reducing stock outages in order to increase the results of the OTorder indicator or compliance of complete deliveries.
