This research focuses on the analysis of Xperta Soluciones Integrales S.A.C., a Peruvian company specialized in complementary infrastructure projects. Xperta offers a wide range of services, including metal construction and high-rise installations. However, it faces liquidity problems due to its dependence on projects financed on credit, which forces it to constantly renegotiate deadlines with suppliers. Furthermore, collection processes are inefficient due to the lack of an adequate tracking system, and inventory management lacks a classification by project, making it difficult to reuse materials in future projects. The objective of this research is to propose effective solutions to improve the company's liquidity. To do this, a mixed methodology is used that combines quantitative and qualitative analyses. Likewise, in-depth interviews will be conducted with a financial expert and with the General Manager of Xperta to obtain specialized perspectives that will enrich the analysis. The work is structured in three parts. Chapter one presents the problematic situation, detailing the liquidity problem in the company. The second chapter covers several aspects: the theoretical framework, the background that justifies the importance of analyzing liquidity to improve financial management, and the exploration of two alternative proposals: the optimization of processes and financial management, and the diversification of financing sources. . . In the last chapter, the feasibility, impact and resources necessary to implement each of the alternative proposals to address the aforementioned situation are discussed.
