The study of the concrete separator factory located in Villa María del Triunfo focused on the application of Lean Manufacturing tools to improve concrete separator manufacturing times. After thoroughly analyzing the main problem, which is the low manufacturing times, it was found that these occur due to lack of activity standardization, defective products, and equipment downtime. This work focuses on root cause analysis for the application of 5S tools, Process Standardization, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to find solutions. The proposed solutions have had a positive impact on separator execution times, reducing downtime, increasing equipment availability and efficiency, resulting in meeting customer demands and consequently economic revenue growth. This translates into increased annual profit for the company. The described improvements include a culture of order, cleanliness, and discipline, ongoing staff training, as well as measurements for constant control. Additionally, some areas for future improvement were identified, such as the use of more advanced machinery for increased production efficiency and continuous staff training. This project has represented a significant improvement in the concrete separator factory in Villa María del Triunfo, fostering a culture of continuous improvement for production. The new opportunities identified mark the beginning of new lessons to continue spreading the culture of continuous improvement.
