This Professional Sufficiency Project proposes the development of a business intelligence dashboard for controlling and monitoring call recordings generated by the contact center of a financial sector company. The main problem identified is the use of multiple applications for data storage, which makes it difficult to determine if the total calls generated by the contact center through Genesys are recorded on the Verint platform. To solve this problem, it is proposed to develop a business intelligence dashboard using the Power BI platform. This dashboard will rely on a new dimensional database that consolidates the dispersed information through an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process, allowing for effective integration with Power BI. The implementation of this system will centralize the information from both platforms. As a result, it will be possible to visualize the total calls generated through Genesys and recorded on Verint. Calls that are registered only on one of the platforms will be labeled as “Orphans.“ Thanks to this new dynamic dashboard, the company will be able to perform a more accurate analysis of its communication processes. This tool will not only facilitate the identification of discrepancies and issues but also provide a solid foundation for business decision-making aimed at continuous improvement. In summary, the development of this dashboard will significantly contribute to the operational efficiency and optimization of the company's technological resources.
