This work will be developed with the objective of structurally designing a pavilion of an educational center, which has 2 levels in an area of 285m2, located in Lima, in the Ate district. This will be achieved by carrying out seismic analysis to evaluate the behavior that this building would present in the event of earthquakes or earthquakes. The building is designed using a dual system, which will include load-bearing plates and walls, as well as columns, beams, and slabs. The current analysis and design regulations will be considered, which are standard E.030 and E.060 respectively, and Etabs, SAP2000, AutoCad and Excel spreadsheets will be used as support software. There are limitations, for which estimates will be made considering the worst possible scenario to carry out an effective and conservative design, taking into account that it is an essential building. Details such as dimensions and amount of steel for each of the designed elements of the building, as well as the location of each of these, will be reflected in structural plans.
