The work presents the application of Lean Manufacturing through the use of the Systematic Distribution Planning method in the LPG packaging line in the 10 kg cylinder format where there is initially an efficiency of 92.57%. Chapter I presents the background of the project regarding the liquefied petroleum gas market at a national and global level, as well as the theoretical framework that explains the technical nature of Lean Manufacturing and the method of Systematic Distribution Planning. Chapter II describes the organization and processes that make up the LPG packaging line, subsequently, the identification of the problem, gap and its economic impact on the company under study is presented, then the analysis of the priority causes is carried out and the approach to both general and specific objectives. Chapter III presents the linking of the causes of low efficiency in the LPG packaging line and the detailed design of the solution along with the indicators that will validate the results achieved along with considerations such as budget, schedule and restrictions. Chapter IV explains the evaluation indicators that describe the results obtained after the application of the pilot test based on the Systematic Distribution Approach and with this the economic viability is determined through a financial analysis, to finally expose the non-economic impacts, conclusions and recommendations
