The present professional proficiency work consists of implementing the Sintad tool in a freight agency in order to improve operational efficiency and position it competitively at a national and international level. Currently, the freight forwarder is ranked 181 in maritime imports, and therefore 132 in maritime exports. On the other hand, the aim is to build loyalty and increase the customer base, and improve errors and manual processes, thanks to the proposal to partially implement the Sintad tool. The present work employs a qualitative methodology, focused on a case study, and gathers primary sources through in-depth interviews. These interviews were conducted with key areas involved, such as the operations department and the finance manager. The problem tree tool was utilized to diagnose that the lack of control in logistics and operational processes is the primary issue, impacting the quality of service and the competitiveness of the company. Delays in customer response times and traditional methods of generating shipping documents were identified as critical factors. The issue revolves around the lack of an efficient tracking system and the low frequency of updates, which negatively impact customer satisfaction and the operational efficiency of the freight agency. This situation has prompted the company to seek technological solutions to enhance its performance. After the analysis conducted, it is concluded that the implementation of Sintad, over a period of six months, will reduce manual errors and improve real-time cargo tracking, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Subsequently, the implementation of Magaya Supply Chain is proposed for global integration and expanded functionality. It is expected that these improvements will drive a 5% economic growth compared to the previous year.
