The case study focuses on a textile company whose main product, the anti-flame shirt. Currently, production efficiency stands at 57%, below the industry standard of 65%. This efficiency gap directly affects profits and could lead to future complications for the company if not addressed effectively. To solve this problem, a solution model is proposed that is supported by Lean Manufacturing tools, such as SMED, 5S and TPM. These tools are designed to optimize production processes, reducing set-up time, minimizing stops and improving the general organization of the shirt making process. The research focuses on the implementation of this solution model with the objective of raising production efficiency to at least the industry standard, that is, to 65%. Through the application of the aforementioned tools, set-up times are significantly reduced by 88%, machinery stops by 97% and the amount of reprocessing by 75%. As a result of these improvements, the efficiency of the anti-flame jacket production line has been increased to an impressive 86%. This demonstrates the positive impact and effectiveness of the proposed solution model, as well as the relevance and usefulness of Lean Manufacturing tools in the context of the textile industry
