The work aims to implement a system of access to a wireless network through a form with data capture for visitors to museums in Lima, using a Captive Portal and wireless equipment for the expansion of the current network, in the museums of the Ministry of Culture, this will be checked with the analysis of data from new visitors, the methodology used part of the analysis of the architecture of the wireless network and software, For the validation of the captive portal system for the connection to the museum's Wi-Fi network, 15 questions were designed with a high reliability of 0.85 according to Cronbach's alpha. These were validated by 5 experts, with results of 86% in the consistency domain, 82% efficiency, 87% comprehensibility and 89% usability. It is concluded that the system managed to increase visits to the museums by 30%, once the wireless infrastructure design was implemented after 6 months, after the implementation of this project, there are notable improvements in the number of visitors and the system has an exploitable database to promote and disseminate the cultural activities of the institution to people of different nationalities in a more direct and selective way.
