In recent years, globalization has impacted the economy of all countries, large companies, micro and small businesses, and therefore the benefits of their citizens worldwide. In the case of micro and small businesses, they must compete with large companies and their economies of scale; Consequently, they must adapt to a business context that is constantly changing and compete with intelligent and innovative strategies in collaboration with their strategic suppliers and the optimal identification of market niches. The purpose of this Professional Sustainability Work is to propose the implementation of an international supply chain for the bicycle import business in Lima, period 2024 - 2025 and to register the object, various tools are analyzed that allow better control of the management of international sales and import logistics, aligned with the accumulation of our strategic commercial objectives in the sector and benefits for our clients. The result of the study was determined to implement the management system with the management of business management, such as the business planning system (ERP) and business relationship management (SRM).
