Globally, the manufacturing sector has benefitted industries and organizations in different circumstances. This sector has transformed products across various categories, such as plastics, machinery, and food, driving favorable economic growth. In 2021, national production increased by 13.31%, with the manufacturing sector contributing positively by 2.08 percentage points. This growth can be attributed to both primary and non-primary manufacturing subsectors. Consequently, this research proposes a model to enhance the production processes of a plastic accessories manufacturing company, aiming to boost production efficiency. After a thorough analysis using VSM, OEE, and FMEA, the research identified a low efficiency level in the manufacturing of plastic accessories for water tanks. The issues diagnosed include products with parts damaged by machinery breakdowns, low resistance to water pressure, burrs and sinkholes, and variation in product rod dimensions. To address these issues, 5S, TPM, and Jidoka tools will be applied to the production processes. This implementation is expected to increase production efficiency by 8% and improve the OEE indicator for manufacturing machinery to 85%, achieving an acceptable level.
