Risk management in construction projects is essential to obtain better results in performance parameters such as time, cost, quality, among others. Therefore, carrying out a detailed and rigorous analysis of the risks from the beginning of the project will facilitate informed decision-making and thus allow contingency plans to be drawn up in time to avoid delays in project deliveries and cost overruns due to incidents presented in the works. This professional sufficiency work prepares a Guide using the Power Bi tool, for the design of a control panel or also called Dashboard, with which it will be possible to evaluate, report and inform in a simple and practical way the status of the risks presented that generate the greatest impact on the performance parameters during the execution of a public school. The developed tool uses the database management used by Excel and the PMBOK Guide, sixth edition, to assign a value on the risk measurement scale. In this way, matrices are obtained as interactive visualization elements that allow the potential user to have access to the information through the Power BI program on the computer. The potential to implement the tool in risk management in accordance with practicality and technical feasibility is possible because its use is not complex, neither to carry out the implementation nor to interpret the results.
