The objective of this research work is to systematize the process of attention to citizens and entities that manage procedures through the implementation of the Virtual Operations Platform in a municipal entity in the country, work that made it possible to address a need of citizens given the degree of dissatisfaction that citizens had at not being able to carry out any type of procedure virtually. The implemented solution systematizes the process of loading and registering different types of documents through access to a secure environment. To do so, the system integrates different services that are provided through information exchanges with entities internal and external to the entity, allowing payment online to carry out different procedures that were usually carried out in person, likewise, the system contemplates the implementation of an electronic box in which each action is communicated, not only by this platform, but by all the entity's systems, also allowing the creation of a safe ecosystem for the progressive inclusion of different systems for the citizen, which can be verified from the survey of 15 questions classified in the dimensions usability, performance, security, implementation and satisfaction carried out with 10 experts, obtained through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the value of 0.877, which represents a very good level of reliability. It is also highlighted that in the performance dimension, we have a 97% rating, which allows us to indicate that the platform satisfies the needs of citizens and internal users in the institution who use this system. The implementation of this platform complies with different security mechanisms and represents a significant advance in the virtual care process in the institution. It is concluded that the implementation of this platform complies with different security mechanisms and represents a significant advance in the virtual care process in the institution.
