The present research work was carried out with the objective of determining if there is a relationship between the variables: sensory marketing and brand loyalty in consumers of restaurants in Metropolitan Lima - Peru, during the year 2022. Taking into account the corresponding dimensions such as sight, smell, smell, touch and taste, the previous context in which the restaurant sector was before and after the pandemic was evaluated, as well as the scope provided by the Government so that the sector can enhance a recovery. The purpose of this study was to determine if there is a relationship between sensory marketing and brand loyalty in consumers between 25 and 44 years of age in Metropolitan Lima, during the year 2022, in order to determine the relationship between the variables under study. The methodology used had a quantitative and correlational approach, with a non-probabilistic convenience sampling. As a quantitative research instrument, 250 online surveys were conducted in Google Forms format to study the relationship between the variables under study, taking into account the behavior of users within the age range of 25 to 44 years. In the first chapter, the definition of both variables under study will be presented within the theoretical framework. This will be supported by the selection of research studies examined and their main findings. Likewise, the methodology will be mentioned, having a research with a quantitative approach, correlational scope and non-experimental design. Subsequently, the results achieved will be examined, which determined that the hypotheses exposed were valid, and thus prove whether there is a positive relationship or not, between sensory marketing and brand loyalty. Finally, it was possible to conclude that there is a relationship between sensory marketing and brand loyalty in restaurant consumers aged 25 and 44 in Metropolitan Lima. Due to, the influence as a whole and of each dimension on brand loyalty. On the other hand, when studying the restaurant sector, the user values taste first, followed by sight and touch; being fundamental senses to generate a differentiation that manages to attract and retain consumers.
