The General Corps of Voluntary Firefighters of Peru (C.G.B.V.P), is a non-profit institution that daily attends to numerous emergencies throughout the country. Annually, the C.G.B.V.P. Receive new applicants who wish to be part of the Institution. However, they do not have the necessary facilities for proper theoretical and practical training, some of the facilities have been refurbished but without taking into account the recommendations of the current regulations of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). The purpose of this research work is to present architectural solutions for the operation of the first Training Center and Coaching Center for Firefighters in Peru, based on the activities that firefighters must practice and that are considered in the work plan of the National Fire Department of Peru (INBP). This center is located north of the City of Lima, due to the donation obtained by the Institution in May 2015 from the National Superintendence of State Assets (SBN). This center will be designed under the architectural flexibility guidelines, using elements that will make the operation of all the components and favor the development and training of the user. Finally, the Training Center and Coaching Center for the C.G.B.V.P will be an archetype of infrastructure for the country and for the Institution. Likewise, it will be designed to be part of the best coaching centers in Latin America.
