Currently, printing service companies present a service level of 95%. However, in the case of study said indicator indicates a level of 71.75%; That is, it is below the sector average. To this end, the analysis of the processes has been carried out and the following reasons for the low level of service have been identified, among which are machinery stoppages, reprocessing and stoppages due to the absence of raw materials. The research aims to investigate how the implementation of the efficient production methodology in the company EADEC PERÚ SAC has contributed to the increase in the service level indicator. The study is divided into four chapters. The first chapter analyzes the history of the sector at a national and international level, describes the ideas of the approach and its tools, and includes success stories from various authors. Chapter 2 explains the company and analyzes the current situation to determine the main problem and its root causes. Chapter 3 also provides a solution model based on the findings of other writers. I have supervised the use of TPM and RCM tools at EADEC PERÚ S.A.C. and establishes the expected results. Finally, in chapter 4, the suggested method was evaluated through a simulation using the Arena program.
