In recent years, electronic invoicing has gained increased relevance in the business sector. The use of this tool has brought benefits to companies. An automated system offers competitive advantages such as reduced processing time and cost savings. In Peru, the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) actively promotes the use of automated systems for issuing electronic invoices through various resolutions. However, companies engaged in registering and validating electronic invoices often find that they do not receive equivalent support. This project aims to implement an automated system for the registration and validation of electronic invoices, tailored to the needs of a Peruvian company. The system utilizes tools from Microsoft and SAP, such as Power Automate and SAP S/4Hana, respectively. Additionally, it enables effective communication with API services from SUNAT, Microsoft, SAP, among others. In terms of operational efficiency, the automated system has been proven to reduce processing time compared to manual processes. Furthermore, a reduction in the number of operational errors caused by human factors has been identified. This system's development has allowed the company to decrease the time spent on registering and validating electronic invoices and improve the accuracy of its accounting records and regulatory compliance. The automated system has demonstrated potential for expansion and adaptation for companies in Peru.
