The purpose of this research is to evaluate the design of a concrete mix with a compressive strength f^' c=210 kg/〖cm〗^2 , replacing part of the conventional aggregates with recycled aggregates, more precisely PET and glass will be used as coarse aggregate and fine respectively to be able to evaluate the feasibility of application in the manufacture of type P concrete blocks in the Ventanilla district. These recycled aggregates were obtained from the manual collection of plastic and glass around the main areas of the Ventanilla district. After collection, these materials went through a process of disinfection, cleaning and drying for subsequent storage and crushing until obtaining the required granulometry as specified for the investigation. Then, the tests corresponding to the conventional aggregates were carried out to later carry out the mix design with the different proportions already specified of glass and PET that guarantee evaluating their effectiveness in the concrete. Subsequently, the statistical analysis was carried out to determine the number of specimens to be tested and then carry out the tests on concrete in a fresh state and in a hardened state to verify if these specimens meet the stipulated requirements to be used as concrete blocks in Ventanilla. The compressive strength stipulated for the purposes of this study is 210 kg/〖cm〗^2 and the specimens must comply with said resistance otherwise they are immediately discarded.
