The project “Center for Integral Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in Villa el Salvador” seeks to address the need for comprehensive therapy services in the southern area of Metropolitan Lima, due to the fact that it has a deficit of establishments compared to the rest of the areas of Lima and a currently demanding population of 151,770 people with a trend of 2.8% annual increase. For this reason, through a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the user, it allowed to reach an approximation of the population to be served, and thus, to be able to determine the program of needs according to the services that the project will provide. Likewise, this project that incorporates design criteria based on the emphasis on sensory architecture seeks to develop a perceptual and stimulating experience, in order to abstract the patient from their condition and provide them with playful and enjoyable spaces during their stay. In the same way, the project conceptualization process includes several conditioning and determining aspects for the development of the proposal. In the present work the analysis of these aspects and their influence on the project to be developed is exposed, among the topics that were analyzed are: the terrain, the urban area, the environment, technology, sustainability, formal development, the relationship functional and maintenance criteria.
