The purpose of this research work was to understand the impact of implementing the 5's methodology within an organization to obtain greater labor productivity in consulting services companies Remuneration Outsourcing in Metropolitan Lima 2023. This work adopts non-experimental quantitative research. Focused on an explanatory perspective, it investigates the relationships between variables without intervening in their manipulation. It uses a non-experimental, transversal and descriptive design to observe the phenomena in their natural environment. The population is made up of 120 companies in Metropolitan Lima, and the sample was selected in a non-probabilistic manner and for convenience, equivalent to the entire population, because it is finite. Two closed instruments were applied for data collection to the administrative staff of companies in the remuneration outsourcing sector. Responses were evaluated using a five-point Likert scale. The instruments were validated by two (2) experts, with a Cronbach Alpha reliability analysis for the Methodology 5's variable of 0.82, while in the case of the labor productivity variable it was 0.85. Data analysis was supported by descriptive statistics. The results determined that implementing the 5's improves the culture of quality and organization in companies. Continuous training, staff participation, standardized processes, constant monitoring and recognition of achievements were recommended. The correlation of the variables under study was obtained through the calculation of the Pearson Coefficient, yielding a considerable positive correlation P = 0.90 with a significance level of 0.01.
