Peru invests 0.1% of its GDP in innovation, making clear the need that the country has with respect to the item, and for that reason it is forgotten to promote key products so important for the internal economy. The typology of Technological Innovation Center (CITE) promotes and encourages the use of new technologies to give added value to the production and development of the chosen product. Based on the definition of this institution, the cotton is chosen as the raw material for development, which will benefit both the national textile industry network, as well as those who are in charge of its production process, from the time the land is prepared to the time to industrialize the fiber. This project will serve to provide specialized advice to the user in charge of cotton production, using the latest technologies to improve its performance and use, both in import and export. At the same time, the building will express a High Tech + Eco Tech style in its design, again using technology to improve its energy design generating the least environmental impact, respecting the natural environment and, above all, agricultural one.
