After the pandemic, one of the fastest growing sub-sectors in Peru was the restaurant industry, with the “beverage services“ category being the one that showed the greatest positive development, with a 583.42% growth compared to 2021. This was thanks to the positive development of businesses such as cafeterias, bar-restaurants and juice shops, which had the opportunity to open new premises, take advantage of the reduction of curfew hours, have a greater influx of customers, implement more promotions and improve home delivery coverage (Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas e Informática, [INEI], s.f.). Therefore, our research seeks to understand the current behavior of consumers who go to beer bars in Metropolitan Lima, which is one of the fastest growing restaurant sub-sectors. Likewise, our objective is to determine if there is a relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty. In addition, brand experience has four dimensions: sensory, affective, behavioral, and intellectual experience; and brand loyalty has three dimensions: willingness to pay more, word of mouth and repurchase intention, which were extracted from the scientific article by (Ong et al., 2021). In order to collect information for the study, a non-experimental methodology with a descriptive and correlational scope was used, where a questionnaire validated by three experts was applied. Through this questionnaire, the authors concluded that the better the brand experience provided by the brewpub, the greater the brand loyalty of consumers.
