Veterinary clinics or animal health centers that exist in Lima have been increasing over the years due to the high demand of the local market, greater care and consideration of the pet to be considered as an essential part of families. However, it is very recurrent to see that the vast majority of these establishments that treat pet health are not adapted to the new digital era; therefore, they have recurring problems such as approximate times of attention, lack of stock, inefficient customer service and a repetitive database that generates discomfort in users when receiving a service. After analyzing all the causes, a "Proposal of an integral digitalization model to increase the efficiency of the main processes of care of a Veterinary Clinic in the department of Lima, through the use of Lean Manufacturing and SCRUM methodology" is proposed. The use of the 5S Lean Manufacturing tool will help the order and cleanliness of the establishment, also, to better distribute the spaces by implementing shelves for materials and that pets can´t get hurt, which will generate an improvement in the realization of processes to standardize care times. In addition, the use of Big Data, omnichannel and digital marketing as tools of the Digital Transformation to improve the current database in a cleaner way and without repetitions, reaching the customer in a more personalized and efficient way with the right information. Finally, both processes will be under the monitoring of the SCRUM Methodology through scheduled meetings with the entire team involved to know the progress and provide feedback, also, implement agile processes that can be applied in the future to maintain improvements steadily over the years. This research work shows all the quantitative and qualitative results obtained in the process of implementing the improvements.
