This Professional Sufficiency Work (PSW) in relation to the Administration area, addresses the motivation of workers in the restaurant sector since it is considered an important factor for the fulfillment of the company's objectives and goals. The purpose of this TSP is to analyze and propose solutions to the currently identified problem: demotivation in collaborators. This study seeks to analyze three proposed solutions to keep staff motivated through improvement in the leadership style applied by the administrator. This study is divided into three essential parts: the current situation through the problem, the proposed solutions, and their impact through the alternative solutions. Immerse yourself in each chapter to better understand the decisions behind the success of this renowned brand in the gastronomic market. The approach used in this work is a case study through the triangulation of information, since field data is collected through interviews, surveys/questionnaires, and literature review. Finally, it is concluded that the best option for the identified problem is the development of a Leader School, since this alternative seeks to reinforce positive behaviors in leaders, through the development of leadership skills, assertive problem solving, generation of spaces for open and honest communication, assertiveness when establishing goals and daily activities, among others; In this way, greater motivation and satisfaction will be obtained in collaborators.
