Today pets are considered another member of the family, their owners not only worry about feeding them and giving them a roof, but also seek to provide them with personalized attention. This trend occurs thanks to the human-animal bond that has developed over time with the increase in coexistence with pets, and that has generated an emotional bond or also called “emotional support” of the human. This change in culture in Peru has caused the pet industry to skyrocket in recent years, causing the “Pet Friendly” trend to attract more followers, including not only among people but also among brands and companies, and why not? among those looking for business niches. Under this premise, the topic is important because we have found a great business opportunity, which is to improve the experience of pet owners regarding the management of contracting services. The objective of this research work is to develop, explain and sustain the new business model: digital platform MyPetsApp. This application offers as a value proposition a comprehensive platform that connects the needs of pet owners with a wide range of services and products, reducing their effort during the process and providing solutions quickly and easily. The research methodology used was qualitative, since qualitative data was collected, interpreted, and analyzed, which corresponds to the findings of the in-depth interviews.
