The purpose of this project is to implement an Enterprise Architecture model to facilitate and accelerate the adaptation of teaching in virtual classes, because it is known that 97.4% of teachers desist from the use of system information for learning and also has increased to 80% of students who experience stress and confusion with the new modality. For this reason, a model composed of 3 stages (Analysis, design and validation) is proposed. In Stage 1, the Togaf Framework on which the model will be developed, the DLPCA e-learning Methodology, as the basis of the business process to be proposed and the Google Classroom e-learning Platform, as the main engine of the business, were chosen. This model was validated in a private school in Lima with 70 students, 2 teachers and 1 director; where it was demonstrated that our proposal increased by 18.97% user satisfaction, increased positively by 28.50% the adaptation to virtual classes and also obtained an acceptance of 75.34% of our proposal by the subjects of study, which demonstrates the effectiveness of our solution to the problem.
