The purpose of the research project remains on determinate the impact of the service quality in the process of customer loyalty from convenience store customers in Lima Metropolitana during 2023. The investigation shows a quantitative approach with a no experimental design. In this way, people that was selected for this project was chosen using the probability sampling technique, likewise, finite population formule was used, resulting in 385 consumers in the range of 18-39 years old, that has made purchases in convenience stores in Lima Metropolitana. The information gathering was made through a survey via Google, with 48 questions segmented in 2 sections, where the Likert scale was performed. This toold was validated through measurement of reliability according to the Cronbach alpha, resulting in 0,86 for service quality variable, and 0,83 for customer loyalty variable, that allowed the measurement of the variable dimensions having a Cronbach alpha (α ≥ 0.7). Finally, after making the statistic analysis it was proven using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method that the data does not show a normal distribution due to the p values being under 0.05. Furthermore, it was shown that the general hypothesis remains the same according to this present work.
