The present research work is about the digital divide in the Peruvian health sector that affects the inclusion of the less favored population. For which we will work with statistical data from the five most recent years available and obtained from the National Household Survey (ENAHO) and open data obtained from the Ministry of Health. According to DL 1412, the Secretariat of Government and Digital Transformation of the PCM is the body that directs the Digital Transformation System, articulating, among others, the public sector on digital transformation issues, and the Ministry of Health being part of the state institutions, it is that the Digital Transformation process within this sector is focused on people and seeks the greatest possible impact. According to DU 006-2020, Digital Transformation is a continuous, revolutionary process of strategic and cultural change, supported by the intensive use of digital technology, data structuring and scientific research to have an economic, social and valuable impact on the individuals. We will carry out a quantitative type of correlational research on the advances of the digital agenda in health. The digital divide in the health sector will be evaluated as a dependent variable and the data obtained from the ENAHO survey and data from the Ministry of Health as independent variables. For which the component analysis method will be used to discriminate the independent variables.
