This project resolves the level of impact of technology on the productivity of the textile sector by investigating how technology can benefit or harm within the different areas of textile companies or their workers. Therefore, the general objective of the research is to determine the impact of technology on productivity in the textile SME sector of Lima in the year 2023. Also, 04 dimensions of the technology variable have been identified that directly influence the specific objectives and hypotheses. Furthermore, the research is quantitative and non-experimental, with an explanatory scope and cross-sectional design of correlational significance that will help describe the relationship between both variables. On the other hand, the survey instrument was used using the 5-scale Likert format on a sample of 253 respondents and analyzed under the Kolgomorov–Smirnov test, the result of which is a non-parametric distribution because its significance value is less than 0.001. Therefore, the Spearman test showed a direct positive value of 0.537 with a moderate degree of relationship between the variables. Concluding with the affirmation of our research topic because the alternative hypotheses are accepted and the null hypotheses are rejected.
