The objective of this study was to determine the relationship of teamwork with the digital transformation of organizations in the financial sector, Metropolitan Lima, 2023. The research was of an applied type, with a descriptive-correlational scope and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of 383 employees of financial entities. The information was collected through a survey. For the teamwork variable, the adaptation of Lencioni (2019) in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team was used, while for the digital transformation survey, it was adapted from the one carried out by Magro et al. (2014), Digital culture and organizational transformation: 8 digital competencies for professional success. Furthermore, the instrument consisted of two surveys, containing 31 and 15 statements and their respective Likert scales. All the data obtained were analyzed with tables, graphs, and charts with the SPSS statistical software, which showed that all assumptions were accepted with the results of the Spearman coefficient. This study concludes that teamwork is related to digital transformation.
