Flash Sales have been an important strategy for the growth of the online channel, which can stimulate online purchasing behaviors such as enjoyment and impulse purchases; However, there are not many studies that analyze these effects in the Lima market for a particular category such as skin care, this category has a good prediction. of growth and consolidation in the online channel for the coming years. The objective of this research is to determine if the limitations of Flash Sales (Time and scarcity) are related to the attitude and behaviors in online purchases (Enjoyment and impulse purchases) of skin care products in Flash Sales of the millennials. The research focused on young people between 25 and 39 years old who live in the city of Metropolitan Lima, specifically in the Lima West area, and who have purchased a skin care product in a Flash Sale in the last anus. The methodology used was quantitative and the sample used was non-probabilistic, which left us with a final sample of 302 people. Data analysis was carried out with the Rho Spearman coefficient to measure the relationships between the variables. The results obtained show positive relationships between the variables; However, they have given signs of new online purchasing behaviors, at least for the category studied, which is skin care products, since an increase in planned purchases of the studied public can be seen. These findings may be relevant to those in charge of commercial and/or marketing planning in the retail sector of the beauty and personal care categories, since it provides them with more tropicalized information on the strategy and category of research in the Lima market to that can adapt and/or develop new e-commerce strategies to achieve the expected growth for the coming years of this sales channel.
