Are increasingly companies that are directing their efforts towards environmental care, community support and commitment to their stakeholders, since there is greater concern on the part of consumers about the impact that the actions of organizations have on the place where they live, and they seek to become more involved in the activities carried out by companies. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between co-creation and CSR activities and customer trust and loyalty in banking institutions working in Lima. For this purpose, a quantitative research approach was used, where information was collected through a survey applied to 200 people between the ages of 25 and 40 years belonging to the target audience. The results show that CSR has a positive influence on co-creation, loyalty and customer trust, with the latter having the greatest influence. Moreover, customer trust is strongly linked to brand loyalty. This shows that companies should adopt CSR and co-creation practices in order to improve trust and achieve customer loyalty.
