The last year of the human medicine degree is the medical internship. This stage is very important since it consists of carrying out skills growth practices where the knowledge acquired during our training must be constituted, also, incorporating new skills to have better doctor-patient care. I had the opportunity to carry out these medical practices at the “Villa El Salvador Emergency Hospital” and the “Gustavo Lanatta Luján Health Center” for 10 months. Objective: critically and describe analyze the clinical cases that were presented when I was a medicine intern, which helped me carry out a critical analysis, regarding the clinical cases to which I was exposed as a medicine intern, from which I obtained relevant learning that has contributed to my professional experience as a future doctor. Methodology: analytical descriptive investigation about the clinical practice during the medical internship. Main results or findings: describe the number of cases using descriptive statistical analysis tools. Summarize the most relevant significant learning that was obtained. Conclusions The Peruvian health system makes it easy to obtain quite important experiences in the medical area, from emergency care, night shifts, to more complex procedures with the supervision of resident doctors and specialists, this giving us a much larger picture in regarding experiences in the health area, as well as the understanding of our role as doctors. This project was executed during the 10 months of the medical internship, compiling the most interesting clinical cases in which I was able to participate.
