The cross-cutting critical risk standard is a guide that establishes best practices for the identification and management of critical risks that affect multiple areas of an organization. In addition, it establishes a framework to identify critical risks, assess their impact and probability of occurrence, and develop strategies to mitigate them. On the other hand, it establishes the need for continuous supervision and monitoring, as well as the importance of effective communication between the different levels of the organization; with the main objective of minimizing risks and improving response capacity in adverse situations, thus promoting a culture of safety and less occurrence of accidents and occupational diseases. In this study, the ISO: 45001 standard will be based, with variables related to the generation of accidents that endanger the safety and health of workers and using different management instruments to verify, monitor and achieve the reduction of accidents and occupational diseases in the Anama mining unit.
