The aim of this research was to determine if there is a relationship between burnout and dimensions of intrafamily relationships among clinical psychologists in Metropolitan Lima. For this purpose, a quantitative, empirical, associative, and cross-sectional study was conducted with a non-probabilistic sample of 251 clinical psychologists (80.9% women and 19.1% men), ranging in age from 22 to 79 years (M = 32.88 years, SD = 9.45). The study variables were measured using the Occupational Burnout Scale (OBS) and the Family Relationship Assessment Scale (FRAS). The results of the study showed that there is a moderate positive correlation between burnout and difficulties (rho = .354), while there is a moderate negative relationship with the variables of cohesion and support (rho = -.314), and expression (rho = -.328). It is concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between burnout and dimensions of intrafamily relationships.
