Innovation proposal for masonry walls armed with ecological tongue and groove bricks and guadúa bamboo rods dipped in linseed oil and sprayed with fine sand, to obtain better waterproofing and better adherence to concrete. Wall that could be a substitute for houses made of precarious material in El Paraíso Association Stage I in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho, as there is a high number of houses in poor condition for the inhabitants. This thesis project guarantees shear resistance with a laboratory test of the Diagonal Compression Test on Walls of NTP 399,621, in addition to analyzing its feasibility in an economic comparative analysis with other types of traditional walls; with the aim of being able to use it in homes in the mentioned area and giving them a new sustainable construction option in Lima, Peru.
