This research focuses on analyzing how young adults aged 25 to 35 in Socioeconomic Levels A, B, and C in Metropolitan Lima in 2022 purchase vehicles online. The study aims to understand the relationship between website design, consumer behavior and personality, and buyer confidence when acquiring vehicles through digital channels in this demographic group in 2022. To achieve this objective, an exhaustive review of literature on consumer behavior, online shopping trends, as well as specific factors that could affect the car buying decision in this age and socioeconomic group was conducted. This review provides a solid theoretical framework for empirical analysis. The methodological approach was based on a non-experimental, correlational design, and a quantitative method was adopted as a survey was conducted on a representative sample of young adults aged 25 to 35 from Socioeconomic Levels A, B, and C in Metropolitan Lima. The collected data underwent advanced statistical analysis through frequency tables and correlation. The findings highlight that website design is closely linked to consumer behavior and personality, and there is a significant relationship between consumer confidence and these variables, with correlation coefficients of 0.283 and 0.460, respectively. It is concluded that the identified relationship between web design, consumer behavior, and personality suggests that an intuitive and appealing web interface can have a positive impact on buyer confidence. This, in turn, significantly contributes to informed decision-making and facilitates online transactions in the vehicle market.
