The business plan for the commercialization of a sunscreen with repellent properties based on natural oils is viable and feasible, based on a specific term sheet aligned with current regulations, sustainability, quality and the requirements of the target market. The objective determined the feasibility of a business plan for the commercialization of a sunscreen with repellent properties based on natural oils through DIRIS North Lima, for the North Lima segment. The study method implemented through structured and semi-structured interviews to expert leaders, demonstrated and validated the business idea taking advantage of the opportunity in the face of public health problems that have been generating an impact due to high solar radiation and diseases transmitted by mosquitoe bites. Through research and the incidence of dengue cases, occurring in North Lima in the year 2023, we validated our segmentation, approach and the design of the value proposition. To address this opportunity we proposed an organizational structure with specific profiles in an operating model leveraged on strategic partners, an operational model that was then validated through favorable financial metrics such as: IRR of 155%, an NPV of 149,462 soles and with a Payback in the second year, which demonstrate the financial viability and profitability of the business. It is therefore concluded that the proposal is a significant contribution to public health in Peru, sustainable and has a great impact on the population and is a profitable business.
