Peru is a soccer country by nature, every time the Peruvian team plays, the country is paralyzed, the expectation grows, the children do not stop talking about their favorite players and even the betting house dare to launch attractive offers for the general public. However, poor management and organization have not made soccer a profitable option for some professional clubs, much less for amateur soccer teams or neighborhood clubs that try to survive on a day-to-day basis with the little income they generate. This research work aims to propose a new business model that combines the entire ecosystem of the organization of an amateur soccer championship, from the fundamental piece that is the soccer player himself, through the referees, sports centers, organizers, and the sponsors, until reaching the fans who will end up being the biggest beneficiaries. It is worth mentioning that the implementation of digital tools for the organization and monitoring of amateur soccer championships, not only entails the implementation of a web or mobile tool, but also involves transforming the way in which the championship is managed, and the way in which the different actor interacts with the soccer teams so that each one can achieve their own objectives through a common platform.
