The purpose of this investigation is to demonstrate the impact of financial interest expenses on the determination of income tax in the real estate sector, Miraflores 2022, given that these operations significantly impact the tax result. It was developed with a mixed research design, based on qualitative and quantitative research techniques, with an explanatory method because the causes and effects of financial interest expenses and their impact on the determination of income tax have been addressed. After having carried out 33 surveys with experts on the research topic, a statistical test was carried out using Cronbach's alpha, thus proceeding to verify the hypothesis through chi-square tests. Likewise, interviews were conducted with 3 specialists in the field in which their opinions could be known based on their professional experiences pointing to our hypothesis approach. Finally, after having carried out an in-depth analysis with the information collected, it was obtained as a result of the qualitative and quantitative research that financial expenses impact the determination of the income tax of companies in the real estate sector, which will be presented in the conclusions with the corresponding recommendations so that they are beneficial to both legislators and taxpayers.
