The present project is a Residential Complex of Mixed Uses in the Ate district, which responds to the need to cover the demand for housing not only quantitatively, but also qualitatively. In other words, seeking to look for housing not only as the area with the minimum habitable conditions, but as the place where the spaces, in addition to detecting their habitability, allow different possibilities to the resident user through flexible solutions adaptable to their different needs in the weather. This responding to changes in today's society, its configuration and various social factors that characterize it. Likewise, it seeks to promote economic growth in the area, by optimizing the use of land and the implementation of urban equipment with activities that complement that of housing. In the same way, consider the exterior and intermediate space as the place of connection with the environment or the place of location, and where the user relates and establishes a social link with society. In this way, it seeks to strengthen urban dynamics and generate some integration between the community and residents. For this reason, the design of the residential complex is based on the design of environments both interior and exterior to the house, in which, by means of the criteria of flexibility, adaptability and intermediate spaces, the aim is to ensure that the inhabitant can carry out its functions vital both personally, physically and socially.
