Currently, education in Peru, compared to other countries in the region, has deficiencies that prevent students from achieving high levels of competitiveness. This deficiency is reflected in the unequal opportunities that low-income students have to access a quality education. One solution by the state was the creation of COAR schools, educational institutions that offer a high level of academic preparation to secondary level students in public schools. The current problem is that there are not enough COARs for the high demand for students, so it is necessary to implement more specialized schools, with the Callao region being one of the areas that most needs this infrastructure. A problem in the district that is repeated in most of the country's schools is evident in how these institutions do not take into account the environment where they are located and enclose themselves, creating blind walls that isolate users from abroad and generate insecurity in the area of your location; reason why the COAR looked for to avoid this limitation by means of the permeability; Offering users and the community of the Ventanilla district common spaces where they can interact with each other and give both life and activity, in an area of the city that needs quality urban spaces to improve people's quality of life.
