Business rules have changed, clients in the graphic sector that offer transformation and printing services (hereinafter will be referred to as commercial intermediaries) have modified their security inventory management, the characteristics of their business demand that they have the raw material at time to run a job and therefore the frequency of requests have increased. All these changes have become more evident in the current situation of uncertainty, low demand and rising costs. This new scenario forces the organization under study to streamline its processes to offer the best Waiting Time as a competitive advantage. Under the PDCA improvement management methodology, we propose the implementation of performance indicators Customer relationship management (CRM) and total productive maintenance; in order to eliminate the waste that occurs in the commercial and distribution processes. Performance indicators allow measuring the management of distribution processes and taking the necessary countermeasures in order to improve efficiency, perfection and effectiveness. The strategic action of influencing the CRM order for B2B customers allows planning attention, cutting attention times and complying with the level of service offered. Finally, the implementation of autonomous maintenance, one of the pillars of the TPM provides reliability to the assets from the actions of the operators, seeks to give the greatest availability of the vehicles, eliminating downtime due to failures.
