The current thesis project, develops a cultural management and broadcasting center. A place for the enterprise development, resulting from the typological union of the cultural equipment and offices. After thorough analysis and investigation, it was determined it's a necessity, due to the socioeconomic inequality in the district. This creates a non-existent enterprise development and management, as well as its site on the monumental area due to its compatibility with the nearby cultural equipment. The center also attracts investment opportunities and development for the existent architectural heritage. The project proposes itself as a route to potentiate the existent and new Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Known as MYPES in Peru), and as an incubator for enterprises, Fablab, Workshops, and Coworking. Spatially, it grows over permeability concepts and flexibility. Allowing both the integration as well as the continuous usage of the spaces. All of this while, at the same time, it formally proposes an architecture that respects the local integrity and the district normative. It is concluded that from this project, great development and management of the MYPES will occur, only to be followed by the all-time awaited and needed economic push for Chorrillo's economy.
