Bed linen productivity indexes have been increasing and improving over the years, due to the implementation of certain improvements such as green supply chain management (GSCM). Therefore, the present research seeks to explain how the GSCM impacts on the productivity of bed linen in the textile sector companies in Metropolitan Lima. Also, for the present study, a quantitative analysis was conducted using a survey technique and a Likert scale questionnaire. The results obtained after the analysis of the quantitative data in relation to the problem is that this study is a considerable contribution to the aspects on GSCM and provides innovative ideas for managers and entrepreneurs to establish an ecologically sustainable society and to demonstrate legitimacy. It is concluded that there is no relationship between green purchasing and productivity, also, that there is a medium positive relationship between green internal management and productivity, also a low positive relationship of production and productivity, therefore it can be noted that this research provides necessary and important information to managers of large companies, since it helps to make better decisions in technology and the adoption of GSCM practices to achieve competitive advantages.
